PLEASE NOTE
New Closing Date for All Entries: Friday 12th January 2007

As we have now developed a central, computer-based administration system, we have decided that our Closing Date can be much later, as shown above. We hope that this will be much easier for those submitting entries.

However, as there is much work to be done following the receipt of the last entry, ENTRY FORMS RECEIVED AFTER THE ABOVE DATE WILL SIMPLY BE RETURNED.

The Online Entry System is much easier to handle, so that will remain open until midnight on Sunday 14th January.

Please bear in mind that the Festival is run entirely by volunteers, and the earlier we receive entries, the easier it is for us.

The Online Entry System was introduced for the 2006 Festival, and proved much easier than paper forms for our Administrator. Those who used it also commented favourably, so please use it if you can.

E-mail Addresses

Please include an e-mail address on entry forms if you can - this makes it much easier and cheaper for us to communicate with you. For instance the notification of the programme via e-mail for each person submitting entries is an automated process which would otherwise require much more time and work.

The Programme

In recent years we have produced a high-quality programme with coloured cover, but sales have been low and the costs of production high.

So this year the programme will be simpler, and cheaper at £2.50. Remember that this includes entry to all sessions of the Festival (entry to single sessions remains at £1).

There are a small number of new classes, and the details of some existing classes have changed. Please check the syllabus carefully before entering.
